The contact took the vehicle to the elkgrove Dodge dealer where it was diagnosed that the power steering failed. The vehicle was repaired, but the contact was unsure of the exact repair. Recently, while driving, the vehicle suddenly stalled. The contact found that the stalling was due to the battery failing. The contact had the battery recharged and returned the vehicle to the dealer who replaced the battery. Shortly after the second repair, the power steering and battery suddenly failed. The contact had the vehicle towed to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired a third time. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened several cases regarding the matter.
