Brake Grinding Noise problems of the 2016 Chrysler 200

Tl- the contact's husband owns a 2016 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that while her daughter was driving at various speeds, an abnormal, grinding noise would emit upon depressing the brake pedal without warning. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic where they found no defects with the vehicle. Soon after the inspection, the contact then stated that her daughter had informed her that the oil and the transmission warning lights have appeared on the instrument panel.
