Brake Light On problems of the 2016 Chrysler 200

So I had my foot on the brake to punch in a number at the car wash and all of the sudden the brake did something but my car started rolling while it was in drive with my foot on the brake so and then the brake light came on and I had to like literally push the brake all the way down to the floorboard and I would take it out of gear and it would just roll with my foot on the brake so I take it to the mechanic the service Chrysler center where the car was purchased and they say it's the brake booster I went and got a second opinion because the brake booster rarely ever something that needs replaced especially on a 2016 vehicle and if it does it's only on vehicles that are over 150,000 miles or an older vehicle so I took it to another mechanic to get a second opinion and they said that it was the vacuum line to brake booster needed to be upgraded bc oil is leaking into booster and the dealership should've did that before it was sold to me and that it should be a recall and it's going to cost $717 which I cannot afford especially during this pandemic because I'm not an essential worker and I do not receive unemployment and there's only 29,000 miles on the vehicle.
