Car Will Not Start problems of the 2016 Chrysler 200

Had to replace battery a month ago. Went to leave and car would not start. Had to get a jump from ky daughter to take to have battery tested. Bad battery! and now fuel pump has a short in it. Driving car and stalled and said put into park. Stuck in the middle of the road until tow truck came.

Car a/c stuck in defrost mode when turned on and car will not start unless it is jumped.
