The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lost motive power. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where an unknown repair was completed. Additionally, the contact stated that the floor carpet was significantly wet. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that water was leaking inside the vehicle; however, the dealer informed the contact that they were unable to determine the source of the leak. The contact stated that the failure persisted and there was a puddle of water and mold on the floorboard. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact stated that water was leaking inside the vehicle and the water leak originated from underneath the glove compartment on the passenger’s side of the vehicle. The rear view mirror is blocking the right side vision through windshield (passenger side) of the whole street for people, turning and switching lanes. The windshield is too slanted towards driver and passenger making the window in the center of all to be viewed while driving. Terrible obstruction of vision. Console too wide, interferes with leg and gas pedal. Its also too slanted as the windshield is way too slanted. Which is why the mirror interferes with vision. Not safe.

A loud clunking noise, which sounds like it is coming from the left driver side wheel. The noise has gotten much worse over the last month. I can hear it inside the car, and I can feel it in the steering wheel. . It does it all the time, weather I am turning, or driving straight. . Bumpy or smooth roads.

The contact owns a 2014 Chrysler 200. While driving 55 to 70 mph, with the rear widows down,the entire vehicle vibrated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where he was informed that the vehicle functioned as designed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 4,000. Updated 12/03/14.

Excessive "fish tailing" in minimal snowy conditions, very unstable, absolute death trap. I felt like I was going to end up smashing into a passing car or truck . Drove for 30 miles per hour for 260 miles while there wasn't more than one inch on snow on the ground because the rear end of the car was swing in all directions, my wife and daughter terrified. I just bought the car back in August 2013 thus a few months ago and had no issues driving on dry ground but only in snow and wet conditions.

I bought this car September 14 2013. With in a week it was in the shop due to alignment issues and other cosmetic issues, fixed cosmetic issues and did an alignment on the car with in 4 days the alignment went out again was back in the shop again and underwent another alignment had the car back for about 4 days again alignment was off again and during a drive to michigan the floor got hot. The next day the floor got hot again and the car shut off. I had to take it to the shop again. After another 5 days the alignment was out again. They but it on the road force and the alignment was fixed. Now my car shakes, the engineer at Chrysler said its the tires, replaced tired and it still shakes. This car is unsafe for my family and is a nightmare on trying to get them to get me a new car. Thank you for listening.
