When to get in car and smelled gas, looked down and gas was running out from the bottom of car, fire and police dept. Were called, car was towed to dealership received called about 4 hrs later from service dept. Stated that I had ran over bump and punctured gas line, and its going to cost $1016. 00 to replace I then informed them that car had been parked then his theory was maybe someone got up under my car and punctured gas line I stated know one would be able to do that, the problem has to be with the gas line maybe defective or some other problem. Called Chrysler spoke with representative (m31) and she informed me that whatever the dealer stated is what had to have happened im filing this complaint, because what service dept. Is stated the problem to my car couldn't be the problem has to be with the manufacture. Car is still at dealership part is being ordered, asked for loaner one was never provided.
