Front Seat Heater/cooler problem #1

I have a 300 touring which also has the jerking problem when it is on cruise control but my biggest concern is the seat warmer while on burned a hole in the back of my back. We smelled something burning but my husband thought it to be something outside the following day while placing my daughters wedding dress in the back seat. I saw a burned hole in the back of the driver seat. When taken to the dealer they said it looked to them like a cigarette burn. We don't smoke.

Seats problem #2

Radiator fan went out,I replaced at my own expense,as of 2/25/2012 was notified by Chrysler to bring to dealer to have replaced ? in process now of being reimbursed, having trouble with power window controller on driver door, now the auto return for the seat and steering wheel does not work,u no what Chrysler just fix the problem or pay the bill, you're owned by the same people that own our company which is fiat! now I'm having problems with driver side front ball joints squeaking, shouldn't happen at 50,000 mi.
