Moving straight on city street. Hit on drivers side with such force that my car was spun around. Side curtain front & rear air bags and front seat-mounted side airbags did not deploy.

The contact's father owns a 2013 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that while her father was driving, he heard a loud noise but could not determine the location when suddenly the vehicle accelerated without warning. The contact's father then depressed the brake pedal but the vehicle failed to stop. The contact also stated that the steering wheel locked and the seat belts failed to retract. As a result, the contact's father could not gain control of the vehicle and crashed into three other parked vehicle's. No warning lights illuminated. The air bags failed to deploy. 4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 01/20/2016

Tl-the contact owned a 2013 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that while driving at 53 mph, the vehicle lost power without warning and resumed independently however, the brakes failed to respond without warning. As a result, the contact crashed into a cement barrier causing the vehicle to roll over and land in a ditch. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed. The contact and the front and rear seat passengers sustained facial lacerations and back injuries that required medical attention.
