general problems of the 2015 Chrysler 300

My Chrysler dealer is slow in dealing with two recalls. One year waiting for air bag recall solution and now I'm told "no parts" for emission canister recall. Why the delay at this terrible service center?.

Takata recall the airbag warning comes on intermittently. Our Chrysler center says it cannot be fixed. We don't like that answer !.
