Failure Date: 07/29/2005

(1)the rear seats on the Chrysler 300 c came forward in a head on accident. The weight of the luggage in the trunk pushed against the seat, broke the latch and put excessive pressure against a 9 and 11 year old held in by the seat belt. It caused their backs to break and caused major internal damage to their organic. (2)on impact (which was a head on) the car lost all electrical power making it impossible for the doors and trunk to be opened from the outside. This caused a major delay in removing the boys from the rear of the car. (3)even though it was a front end collision a fire broke out in the trunk destroying everything. The car is rapped in plastic and stored under cover.
