The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300. The owner's manual stated that the contact's vehicle can travel a maximum of 50 mph with a spare tire. She had a spare tire placed on her vehicle and she could only travel a maximum of 35 mph. The page where this information is referenced is entitled, "compact spare tire" on page 274 of the manual.
