One problem related to other fuel system hoses lines/piping, and fittings has been reported for the 2005 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Stalling after fill up and under acceleration. Car stalls out and all power systems fail within minutes after refueling to a full tank. Car is in motion at any speed and has nearly caused two rear end crashes from cars behind it when it suddenly stops and the power steering and brakes and electrical systems shut off. This also happens during acceleration at 1700 rpm at any time. Car is always in motion. Car can be restarted again within a few seconds to 5 minutes later. Problem started at 130,000 miles. Possible issue with the gas tank, fuel line, filter or stuck valve. Mechanics say there is no fix and to not fill up the gas tank.
