One problem related to anti-theft controller has been reported for the 2007 Chrysler 300C. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was driving and car began to loose acceleration. Car then completely shut down on me in the middle of the road without a cause. Car was towed by a tow driver I know and car hasn't started ever since. Came to realize it's showing codes p0513 for the anti-theft system. I then began to read more about it and it's a manufacturers error. It's a common thing for Dodge and Chrysler's from 2005 to 2010 to shut down for no reason due to anti-theft system.
