1 Body problem of the 2006 Chrysler 300C

Failure Date: 06/19/2018

I have had constant issues with the control arms, tie rods, and the door handles are all broken. I had to replace my radiator twice now. I love my car, but I am highly disappointed with the costs that I have had with this car. The radiator issues have come while the car was in motion. My engine died without warning while I was driving. I never had any warnings prior to the motor blowing. I have regular maintenance done to my car, but a new engine, 2 radiators, tie rods, and control arm repairs/changes seem to be the continuum for my car. The door handles are cosmetic and have not been repaired. I have records from my dealership and another place I entrust with my vehicle.

2 Body problem of the 2005 Chrysler 300C

Failure Date: 10/10/2017

I was going to check the oil level when the top of the dipstick came off in my hand. It is made of plastic. ; I was opening the drivers door, the handle came halfway off, subsequently all handles have done the same thing. The washer fluid does not spray. These problems all happened in the past 3 or 4 years. The vehicle was stationary for these problems. While turning, the steering wheel would not continue too turn, heard a " thunk", finally turned but the turn signal mechanism does not work now.

4 Body problem of the 2005 Chrysler 300C

Failure Date: 11/15/2014

Other vehicle crossed over yellow line and hit our car from the middle of the vehicle on drivers side all the way to back and knocked off the back drivers wheel and sent us spinning around into and wrapped around telephone pole. My legs were pinned under dash and couldn't move, passenger door had been badly damaged and pushed in about one foot. Had to be cut out of the car to get me out, taken to er. My complaint is that none of the air bags deployed which I find quite odd. Would like to know where and who to contact to find out why air bag didn't deploy. We do have lots of pictures to back up our claim.

5 Body problem of the 2006 Chrysler 300C

Failure Date: 06/21/2014

I have had problems with my 2006 Chrysler 300c door handles for quite some time now. After a year or two when I first purchased the vehicle, the back exterior (chrome) right door handle became partially detached. I had it repaired and since then, the very same door handle as well as the exterior door handle on the driver's side is partially detached. Also, the handle on the passenger side is completely detached. This is a big problem. I bought my car brand new and I have had numerous problems with it. As pricey as this vehicle is, you would think that Chrysler would use the best parts for their vehicles. There needs to be a recall on these handles. When I replaced it before, it cost about $200 and this is ridiculous. I should not have to pay to replace these handles when clearly there is an issue on their end. I also want to add that my car has stalled numerous times before after putting gas in it and the oil light would come on sometimes. My headlights also don't work properly. I have to keep the headlight knob in the auto position just for them to remain on otherwise the lights will blink on and off. So during the daytime, my headlights are on. I didn't have this issue until after I took my car for an oil change at the dealership. I absolutely hate to take my car to the dealership (hebert's town & country) because they never can seem to fix the problem or they end up creating one.

Making a u-turn and my car cuts off, I hit the brakes immediately but still hit the curb with my wheels and passenger side bumper. Please recall this gas tank issue. These cars are not safe!! they cut off at random times, unpredictable.

Vehicle stalls at random. Today I was driving 30-40 mph and my engine stalls and turns off. I was stuck in the middle of a busy intersection off a freeway ramp. Where is the recalling on this? are they waiting for deaths? this has been an on going serious issue and needs to be resolved. This vehicle is very dangerous to drive!.

11 Body problem of the 2005 Chrysler 300C

Failure Date: 09/07/2011

I am an auto tech at dealership in KS. After 3 repeated incidents, I decided to take action. On either side of the front bumber the fog lights get hot and eventually detach from the lense. The 2nd and 3rd time I have noticed scorching on the vehicle's front bumber where the bulbs started to melt the material. The 4th vehicle caught fire to the bumper and it spread to the engine. This could have been worse without anybody attending the vehicle and more in a house garage. It did not take very long to melt and ignite.

Outside door handle broke loose when I opened my car door on my 2006, Chrysler 300c. All of my door handles are very loose. I should not have to pay out of pocket expense for this type of defect.
