The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler 300c. While driving approximately 45 mph, the contact heard an extremely loud squealing noise when the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, but no brake failure was identified. Recently, the vehicle was taken to the dealer again for the same noise; however, no failure could be found. The contact was very discouraged and embarrassed about the loud, annoying squealing noise. She stated that there was no resolution for the brake noise, which was frustrating and an inconvenience to have to continuously take the vehicle to the dealer. The current mileage was 25,000 and the failure mileage was unknown.
