Tire Bubble problems of the 1999 Chrysler 300M

Consumer had found a bubble on left rear tire. Previously had experienced two blowouts without prior warning. Had asked the place where he bought tires, but they could not indicate why it had been happening.

Consumer has replaced goodyear eagle LS tires p225/55r17 a total of 14 times due to shaking steering wheel, oval shaped tires, and bubbles, consumer states dealer did many alignments and tire rotations.
