Safety issue!! heated seat drivers side stopped working, other electrical components started malfunctioning brought in for service, dealer made diagnostic check, we were told heated seat circuit shorted and showed burn marks. Not replaced too costly called Chrysler customer service was told by senior supervisor they could not help us. Our concerns are safety issues not only cost. Asked senior customer service if other heated seat should be used and was told she could not advice us what to do that would be up to us and the service tech to decide.

8 Seats problem of the 1999 Chrysler 300M

Crash in Chrysler 300m. I had adjusted my seat when I got in my car. As I was driving, the seat detached from track and pulled away, subsequently I rear ended another car. I made the complaint to Chrysler who made a recall on the seat bolt but I was not notified of the recall. I have had the same/forwarded address.
