While driving, the back of the driver's seat went from an upright to reclining position.

The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler 300m. While driving approximately 50 mph, the transmission slipped when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The vehicle stalled and the warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was able to be restarted, but the failure recurred numerous times. The dealer stated that the transmission was the cause of the failure. In addition, the driver's seat began reclining unexpectedly. Safety issue!! heated seat drivers side stopped working, other electrical components started malfunctioning brought in for service, dealer made diagnostic check, we were told heated seat circuit shorted and showed burn marks. Not replaced too costly called Chrysler customer service was told by senior supervisor they could not help us. Our concerns are safety issues not only cost. Asked senior customer service if other heated seat should be used and was told she could not advice us what to do that would be up to us and the service tech to decide.

Crash in Chrysler 300m. I had adjusted my seat when I got in my car. As I was driving, the seat detached from track and pulled away, subsequently I rear ended another car. I made the complaint to Chrysler who made a recall on the seat bolt but I was not notified of the recall. I have had the same/forwarded address.
