Power Steering Fluid problems of the 1999 Chrysler Cirrus

- the contact called regardingthe 1999 Chrysler Cirrus. The contact stated that while turning the wheel to the left she heard a winding noise. She was constantly having to put power steering fluid in the vehicle. There were no warning indicators. The failure mileage was 146,276. The contact stated there was a recall on the power steering, but she was advised by a Chrysler dealer that this vehicle was not part of the recall due to the VIN. Updated 03/30/07.
