When I first bought the car I had problems with connections under the hood which lead to steering problems and the line. Brakes failed me on March 22, 2010 had a bad car accident because my brakes nor my emergency brakes didn't work, both failed me.

2 Brakes Failed problem of the 1999 Chrysler Cirrus

Failure Date: 01/09/2003

Brakes failed at approx 30,000 miles with no indication (brake noises, brake pressure, nothing) resulting in 30-35 mile collision at stop light extensive vehicle damage. Got ticketed, lost case. 30,000 miles-perfect.

3 Brakes Failed problem of the 1996 Chrysler Cirrus

Failure Date: 10/29/2002

While driving, upon applying brakes to make a gradual stop the brakes failed to respond. Vehicle would need an extended stopping distance. Vehicle was involved in a crash. Consumer has contacted the dealer which determined that the front brake rotors were the incorrect size causing the problem. Front brake rotors were replaced. Ts.
