One problem related to brake disc has been reported for the 1997 Chrysler Concorde. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rotors on this car were cast with pockets of rust imbedded in the metal. The defect caused premature brake failure. The car did not stop well. They said the I needed a complete brake job, including new rotors. Thay could not turn the rotors because of all the rust in them. The macanic said that the pads were not worn much but also had to be replased. He also told me that he sees a lot of roters like this. I was told I had to pay $310 for brake job that I feel was caused by these poorley made and unsafe rotors.
