One problem related to transmission slip out of gear has been reported for the 1998 Chrysler Concorde. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Went to dealer with complaint of severe down shifting at stop and car lerching forward into traffic which became extremely dangerous when ice and snow were added as the car was uncontrollable. Dealer changed transmission fluid and filter. Continued to have same complaint. Speed sensor changed 3 times. Finally car would not shift out of second gear and having computer replaced. Car has 55,000 miles!!!!!!!!.
