Vehicle accelerated suddenly when put into drive range. Driver could not stop vehicle by braking. Braking skids left on paving. Vehicle traveled approximately 300 feet before colliding with a concrete block wall, totalling vehicle and wall.

4 Car Accelerates On Its Own problem

Failure Date: 05/17/1999

While backing vehicle out of the garage it suddenly accelerated, resulting in a collision. Dealer has been notified.
