Engine Cooling System problems of the 2001 Chrysler Concorde

Two problems related to engine cooling system have been reported for the 2001 Chrysler Concorde. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 09/15/2005

Water outlet housing has began leaking. The part can only be bought from Chrysler. Just started to leak one day until it got worse and the car now sits in my drive way.

2 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 06/23/2005

While driving the engine began to clang and the vehicle slowed down, all the engine lights went on, and the piston and engine blew out. There was a smoke color from the engine when I lifted the hood.
