Steering problem #1

I was backing out of my parking turning my squeaky steering wheel and the air bag light came on. I have almost had several accidents because then my horn stopped when the air bag light came on. So I checked the cruise control that don't work either now none of the buttons behind the steering wheel work. I did my research and it seems it's the clockscrew!! how do I get this part????.

Steering problem #2

The steering wheel squeaks when turning. Usually when it is cold weather, below 60 degrees or so. Took it to dealer who said that it is coming from the steering box and there is no danger. It is safe to drive and to "live with it". I took that to mean that it would be very expensive to fix, although no quote was ever given. After reading numerous complaints about steering problems with Chrysler products, and specifically my make, model and year, I think this may be a precursor to something much more serious. The problem has been intermittent for the past 18 months, although I just recently took it to the dealer for their diagnostic evaluation.
