I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and I have been experiencing starting/stalling problems with it. The problems started within 9 months of my purchase date. Each time the dealership wasn't able to re-create. I had the battery replaced but I am still having the problem. It is now at the dealership after being towed because it wouldn't start and of course they can't duplicate the problem. I have logged a complaint on the carspace. Com. I asked my service manager if he was aware of the starting/stalling problem with the Pacifica and he told me no. Please help me.

4 Battery problem

Failure Date: 06/14/2004

I have talked to the dealership about the gas mileage that my vehicle is getting. It is supposed to get 17 in town and 24 highway. I am only getting 12. 8 in town and 13 on the highway. They tell me to wait until it gets to 5,000 miles and it will get better. Well, I'm at 4,660 and it is still bad!! definitely not the mileage posted on the dealership papers in the window of my car when I purchased it 5 months age. They wouldn't even write it up for the tech's to look at while it was there for battery problems. I'm taking it in again.
