The vehicle was making a clanking noise due to transfer case malfunctioning. Transfer case was replaced previously in April, 2005, and needed to be replaced again. Also, vehicle surged while driving. . She felt unsafe driving vehicle. The manufacturer said that the dealer has to take care of the vehicle and has to get a service representative to inspect the vehicle.
