While checking the air pressure on a customer's Chrysler Pacifica the air valve on the tpms sensor became stuck in the open position resulting in the loss of all air pressure. The tpms sensor and valve had to be replaced. This claim is being filed on behalf of one of our customers at oil changer, inc.
