The contact owns a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated while driving at unknown speed the contact heard a knocking noise coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis and the stated that the vehicle was unsafe to driver and that there was no remedy for the failure, the contact was unsure what the failure was. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and they stated that the failure could be related to NHTSA campaign number: 23v010000 (electrical system, hybrid propulsion system) and that there isn't a remedy and there's nothing they could do. The failure mileage was 27,000.
