2 Rear Seat Belt problem of the 2005 Chrysler Pacifica

Failure Date: 07/30/2005

After having my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica a few days I discovered the 2nd row seat belt was not connected at the base of the door pillar. The nut was missing inside the pillar. A month later it is still not corrected because the dealer needs a tec service instructions how to cut the pillar to re-weld the bracket so the bolt can be connected to secure the seat belt. My complaint is the car should have never left the factory that way. Chrysler advertising all their 5 star ratings and can't even secure the seat belt.
