1) no significant events. No accidents. No unusual usage. 2) the seat belt attachment, above the driver's left shoulder, fell out when I was buckling my seat belt. The bolt quite easily fell out, with almost no applied pressure. 3) Chrysler dealer reattached the bolt with a new nut.

Locking mechanism broke during the instillation of a child seat. If this can break this part I feel that it would not hold up in an accident. Dt.

The drivers seat belt locks up tight anytime I lean forward to check for cross traffic at a stop sign or to check the side mirror blind spot before changing lanes. It locks immediately, I'm actually pinned to the seat back. I have to lean back into the seat back to allow it to release before being able to move my upper body forward. In the beginning it rarely happened, now it's almost all the time. On the other matter of the front disk brakes. The right side not only wore out twice as fast as the left but wore at an angle which caused the metal backing plate to scrape the rotor before the sqeeker was even close to scraping. I still have the brake pads.
