5 Engine And Engine Cooling problem

Failure Date: 07/21/2011

On July 21st I was heading home from work and the noise just occurred as soon as I was turning onto the ramp to get to the highway. I instantly took my car to firestone where I always take my car and they did a full inspection and realized that my bushing to my motor mount went out, my motor mount was shot and my motor mount bracket was shot. This issue is very unsafe and I contacted better business bureau, Chrysler corporation, Chrysler ceo and chairman, governor rick snyder, congressman bill huizenga, and attorney general's office. There should be a recall. This has been a long time without a car and no normal human being can afford spending 600 dollars a month for a rental car when it is not the consumers problem that Chrysler doesn't make a part. Their needs to be a recall on this car. A motor mount should never go out on a car. They should be able to be found in a junk yard after a car has lasted its average life time. There needs to be recall nobody should be on a nationwide waiting list for this especially when now I am looking at having possible transmission problems later on down the road. Something needs to be done about this and I won't give up until something is.
