2 Automatic Transmission Floor Shift problem

Failure Date: 08/03/2010

The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. The contact stated the gear shift selector would not move from the park position. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where the dealer was replacing the gear shift selector assembly housing unit. The manufacturer offered to take the liability for partial repairs but the contact was responsible for the cost of labor. The contact was awaiting repairs.
