One problem related to starter relay has been reported for the 1996 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Faulty fuel filler tube, causing fuel leak prior to recall. In addition replaced windshield wipers/ emergency brake actuator and cable /starter motor/radiator fan relay/leaking valve cover gasket and air conditioning condensor. (96v-002).
