Two problems related to axle assembly have been reported for the 1997 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear axle separated from vehicle at spring, causing loss of control, resulting in crash/injuries.
Front axle broke and caused front wheel to turn sideways upon vehicle existing the highway. Dealership indicated that this might have been caused by engine motor failure.
