Two problems related to steering rack and pinion have been reported for the 1998 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving to dealer, steering wheel would momentarily lock up. While pulling onto dealer's lot, steering wheel locked up completely. Rack and pinion repairs were made at consumer's expense. No recall and warranty expired.
