One problem related to speed control springs has been reported for the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Air bag light constantly on, no horn no cruise control no radio control. Went to dealer for recall on airbag steering wheel clock spring and was told I would have to pay for diagnostic and also pay for part " in case it was not covered. This is not how a safety recall should be performed to my understanding.
