The contact owns a 2001 Chrysler town and country. While driving 70 mph, the steering wheel vibrated. The contact pulled over to inspect the vehicle and the driver side front tire detached. The contact had the vehicle towed to the mechanic and he stated that the lug nuts severed. He replaced the tires and the lug nuts. Approximately five months later, while driving 5 mph, the front passenger side tire detached. As of December 4, 2007, the mechanic had not inspected the vehicle.
