On original complaint November 1, we were told an updated control module was in the works upon checking recently the other service writer said he knew nothing of any update. On February the 7 while driving over 20 mph the power sliding door began to operate as if the door was opening, the doors were locked at the time. On February 28, we took the van in for oil an change, and reported the door problem, then the service writer said an update to repair was in the works. She then suggested that the power doors be disconnected for now until an update is completed. The service writer said we have had lots of complaints about the doors operating this way, this does seem to be an unsafe condition and the answer for the service department is to suggest it be disconnected indicates it is wide spread.
