One problem related to brake pedal and linkage has been reported for the 2004 Chrysler Town & Country. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The brake pedal shredded completely off and fell onto the floor of the vehicle, when it was depressed at less than 10 mph. This resulted in the vehicle rear ended a motorist. The manufacture has admitted that this occurred because the metal part that is welded to the brake pedal was badly welded at the factory.
