The vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign id number 06e022000 (service brakes, hydraulic); however, the failure recurred. The dealer stated that the failure would continue to occur because there was no permanent repair. The VIN, engine size, and number of cylinders were unknown. The failure mileage was 15,000 and current mileage was 20,800.
