Automatic Transmission Torque Converter problems of the 2007 Chrysler Town & Country

1 Automatic Transmission Torque Converter problem

Failure Date: 01/03/2011

2007 Chrysler town and country. Consumer states that he is having problems with the tire pressure monitoring system (tpms). The light would illuminate at any time even when the tires had proper air. He states he has taken it to the dealer several times. The consumer also stated the transmission had to be replaced a couple of times, as well as the torque converter.

2 Automatic Transmission Torque Converter problem

Failure Date: 07/05/2010

The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that when driving 45 mph or over the vehicle shutters. The dealer stated that the torque converter needed to be replaced, and the flash also had to be reset. The vehicle was not repaired. The shuttering started after a cv joint was replaced by a local mechanic. The current and failure mileages were 48,000.
