Frontal Driver Clockspring/spiral Cassette problems of the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country

The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. The vehicle had previously been serviced by the dealer under the manufacturer's campaign numbers: r03 (wireless ignition node module) and w09 (driver air bag emblem).
