The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler town and country. While driving approximately 55 mph, the accelerator pedal became stuck. The contact engaged her foot under the accelerator pedal in order to release. The failure recurred. However, there was an unintended increase in acceleration and an abnormal increase in engine rpms. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer and they were unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the problem who recommended the vehicle be taken to another dealer for inspection. The second dealer was also was unable to duplicate the failure.
