I had a 2005 town and country but had to purchase another car because someone hit my car and totaled it. I purchased the subject vehicle in late 2012. I had to replace the transmission in 2015 and not quite 2 years later, the new rebuilt transmission is slipping. The transmission was replaced by a Chrysler dealership. I was on my way to pick up my son. As I increased speed the engine started making a loud whistling noise (kind of). The rpm indicator was going back and forth. Going 25 mph it was almost at three. It took a very hard effort to get the car to go 40 mph.
