Tl-the contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. The contact stated that while driving between 65-70 mph, the accelerator pedal was depressed however, hesitated to the accelerate. The vehicle loss power as the check engine warning light illuiminated. The contact managed to veer to the should of the road depressed the brakes pedal which became soft to touch. The contact attempted to restarted the vehicle 3 additional times which then resume back to normal. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle however could not duplicate any codes. The vehicle was test driven however still unable to duplicate the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure recurred intermittently. The then was taken to brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram1845 pipestone rd, benton harbor, mi 49022 where the vehicle was inspected. The technician reset some codes which were unknown. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000. Ck.
I keep getting the same misfire codes 0306 0303. I've changed coils and sparkplugs and still, the check engine light stays on.
Driving on freeway at night # 2 lane at about 74 mph engine just shut off was almost hit by 3 cars. Made it to shoulder engine would not restart etc (electronic throttle control) light was illuminated. Called aaa tow truck driver could not start vehicle . Had van towed about 15 miles. I rode with tow truck. When van was dropped off got inside to stay warm until my ride arrived. Tried again to start van was successful but check engine light came on. Just bought this used van from a Honda dealer in costa mesa as a used car. It has about 65,411 miles. Very, very dangerous almost got hit 3 times as I made my way over to the shoulder.
