The contact owns a 2014 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated while driving 60 mph, a child's finger became stuck in the headphones that were equipped for the factory dvd player. The contact mentioned that there was a defect in the headphones. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure and current mileage was 8,000.
