Failure Date: 04/25/1997

Consumer contacted the dealer to have the recall work preformed for the master cylinder 96v215000, repairs were done. After leaving the dealership and upon making a stop, the vehicle continued to move. Consumer also stated that the emergency brake was engaged, causing the consumer to hit a bike rider.
