1 Suspension Noise problem

Failure Date: 06/18/2001

I first noticed the sound, and the feeling in the steering wheel when I drove the car home from the dealer after purchase. It seems to come from the left front and is severe when hitting the smallest bumps. I believe it to be a suspension or steering problem and am concerned about it being unsafe and causing premature tire wear. The dealer kept the minivan for 2 days and said the factory was unable to tell them how to repair this. I also believe others have this same problem. I can't believe the factory cannot figure out how to solve this annoying and potentially unsafe problem.
