1 Equipment problem of the 2021 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 03/27/2026

While backing up, my backup camera screen changed to a solid color of bright pink, causing difficulty in safely proceeding. Since then, the backup camera will randomly display a colored screen (different colors each time) or display a picture of when the van was remote started. Camera functions very rarely as it is supposed to. I know a relative"s pacifica has a recall for this but not my Voyager and they both had the same issue. It's dangerous backing up after becoming accustomed to using the camera. Even when it rarely works, I'm afraid it'll glitch while I'm moving so it's still not safe. Has occurred over the past few months.

2 Equipment problem of the 2023 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 09/30/2025

This van was converted by fr conversion that is a ada van outfitter, the rear ramp install covers the factory emergency release switch. The rear lift gate would not work automatically and there was no way to reach factory install emergency release trapping the client in the van. When buying a van they state this is a "add on" and not standard in their build outs. Fmvss 401does not cover vans, nor does NHTSA cover minivans in the emergency release/emergency exit. This is alarming and safety should not be an additional "revenue generator" for a company when dealing with someone's life. I would be honored to speak with someone on the matter.

3 Equipment problem of the 2021 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 07/10/2025

My rear camera is not working properly. This started around [xxx]. Also apparently my auto stop is no longer working this is the second time this has happened to me last year end of 8/24 - 9/24 I had it fixed at a Dodge dealer in new jersey and now it has happened again. I don’t understand how in less then a year I’m dealing with the same problem I really think I was sold a lemon. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

4 Equipment problem of the 2021 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 06/29/2025

When we go to turn a certain way the wheel sticks while in drive, mechanic says it could be steering tie rods or rack and pinions.

5 Equipment problem of the 2021 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 07/01/2024

My back up camera has stopped working for months. There is open recalls for the same exact vehicles but not for my specific VIN. I am trying to get this fixed as soon as possible.

6 Equipment problem of the 2021 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 03/31/2024

In the 2 years that I owned the van I have walked away from the car after a journey and accidentally left the van running 3 times and my mechanic has done it once. 2 of those times it was left running all night. Once it ran out of gas. It seems to happen when I am distracted. The safety issue is that the van has no warning system when this happens and there is a lot of carbon monoxide released into the air. It could be lethal in an enclosed area. Also, note that it is a push button start and I have the key fob with me when this happens, so the fob is far away from the van and it is still running.

7 Equipment problem of the 2002 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 04/30/2018

Takata recall I own a 2002 Chrysler Voyager minivan. At about 85,000 miles I noticed the airbag light on the dashboard was coming on sporadically. Eventually it started remaining on all the time from the moment I started the ignition. I took it to a local Chrysler dealer to have it inspected. They told me there was a problem with the clock spring and that it needed to be replaced and would cost me about $350. Earlier reproductions of this model have been recalled for problems with clock springs but mine is not because it was manufactured two years too late.

8 Equipment problem of the 2001 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 09/22/2016

The horn and cruise control stopped working and the airbag light came on. It would not pass inspection. It happend while in motion and stationary. They said that the clock spring was broken and needed to be replaced. There is a recall on the 1996-1998 models for the broken clockspring but not the 2001. I see lots of comments that this is an issue beyond those model years included in the recall. They need to extend the recall beyond 1998 since this is an issue with more than those 2 years!.

10 Equipment problem of the 2000 Chrysler Voyager

Failure Date: 04/01/2009

I located an invoice in my veh that my sister signed for a recall. The model is wrong and I dont know why she would sign nor take my vehicle for a recall. I researched online and my VIN does not show any activity within the past 15 yrs. I have had several issues come up pertaining to fraud and I wanted to make sure there was not one attached to my vehicle.
