Front Air Bag Problems of Chrysler Voyager

I was driving slowly(30 mph), didn't even hit a bump. My airbag deployed on the passenger side, hitting my son in the face. He wasn't hurt, but we were very scared.

Chrysler Voyager 2002, failure of airbags to deploy. The consumers wife lost control of the vehicle when she slid on a slick road surface and rear ended another vehicle. The consumer stated after having the tires rotated on a regular schedule basis, it was discovered the tires were bald which caused the consumer to skid such far distance. Prior to the accident almost every month the tires wore down very quickly and constantly needed air.

While driving 20 mph dual airbags deployed inadvertently. Driver sustained severe neck injuries.

While making a turn into a parking lot another vehicle front end went underneath his vehicle and pushed it into fifth wheel. Vehicle rolled over twice, but airbags didn't deploy.
